*What does the role entail?*

We are seeking a committed Team Leader who can guide, motivate, and inspire a team within our dynamic bakery environment. As a Retail Team Leader, you will oversee the operations of the bakery in the absence of the Manager; you will be the essential support for our Store Managers.

As the second-in-command, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the team functions efficiently, aiming to boost sales and enhance profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on leading and engaging the team, alongside participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our valued customers.
