**Job Opportunity: Plastic Moulding Operative**

**Location:** A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Plastic Moulding Operative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble moulds in preparation for production.
  • Load and unload deliveries.
  • Trim and deburr products post-moulding.
  • Pack products for dispatch.
  • Utilize hand tools.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a Production Operative is beneficial.
  • Essential experience in a factory environment.
  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Flexibility to work any 4 of 5 days.
  • Access to own transport is required.

**Benefits:**

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour, rising to £13.50/hr after 12 months.
  • Opportunity for a permanent contract after a 12-week period for outstanding candidates.
