With 3 sites across the UK, Goodfish Group is looking for an Injection Moulding Setter based at our Worcester site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced injection moulding setter with ambitions to progress, to join our growing Group of Companies. The setter role is vital and busy role within the moulding department and we look to them to effect change and drive improvements within our business. You will play an active role in producing conforming product, on time and in full for our customers.

**Outputs**:

- Undertaking tool changes as per production plan, including but not limited to, tool preparation, clean hoppers, material preparation
- Show confidence to adjust & improve moulding conditions
- Set up and programme robots
- Set up of ancillary equipment, such as water temp controllers, oil heaters, material drying
- Set up and run automation cells
- Ensure company health & safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Carry out shift handovers
- Fault finding and problem solving of development and production processes
- Ensure machines have sufficient material
- Data collection and recording using paper and cloud based systems
- Supporting a variety of mould-shop activities in a team environment

**Personal**:

- Minimum technical qualification of IMT2 or equivalent
- IT literate
- Knowledge of a variety of materials
- Appreciates the importance to get things right first time
- Problem solving mindset
- Demonstrate a level of determination to achieve multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Able to communicate within a team environment
- A conscientious attitude to work
- Willingness to learn
- A self-starter with ambition and a thirst for learning

**Hours**:
You will be employed to work 40 hours per week. You will be expected to work variable shifts depending on demand. A typical shift would be 8 hours between 06.00 to 14.00 and 14.00 to 22.00 (rotating shifts). You will be expected to take a flexible approach to working variable shifts depending on demand.
