About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital analytics function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our digital marketing capabilities, including analysis and experimentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data sources, such as Google Analytics, customer databases, and advertising platforms, to inform marketing strategies.
- Design and implement data visualizations using tools like PowerBI and Looker to communicate complex insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Establish a framework for periodic analysis and reporting, ensuring seamless communication of marketing performance.
- Work closely with the experimentation team to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies using causal inference methodologies.
- Prioritize data models with the data engineering team to meet marketing analytics needs.
- Build strong relationships with the wider digital analytics function, data engineering, and commercial analytics teams to ensure continuity in definitions and data governance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and R/Python programming languages.
- Strong visualisation skills, including experience with PowerBI, Looker, and Tableau.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in an ecommerce or retail business.
- Good understanding of digital marketing analytics core concepts, including ROAS, CAC, acquisition, and impressions.
- Expert communication skills, with the ability to adapt presentation style to suit different audiences.
- A passion for data and a natural curiosity for uncovering insightful information.
- Keen interest in customer and marketing analytics, including customer data platforms, lifetime value, MMM, attribution, and advertising platform capabilities.
- Understanding of incrementality and its application in measuring marketing strategy effectiveness.
- Ability to work autonomously, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, trading, and digital functions.
