Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified Class 1 HIAB Driver to fulfill a vital role within our logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Class 1 vehicle equipped with a HIAB crane, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials to various sites.


Location: Halifax


Compensation:

Day Shifts: £17.31 per hour

Night Shifts: £26.20 per hour


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with 11-hour shifts commencing between 5am and 6am.


Key Responsibilities:

Driving and Deliveries:

  • Operate a Class 1 vehicle with HIAB crane, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
  • Adhere to the designated schedule and complete full shifts as required.
  • Guarantee that all materials are delivered in excellent condition and within the specified timeframes.

HIAB Crane Operation:

  • Utilize the HIAB crane for the safe loading and unloading of goods, following all safety protocols.
  • Secure loads effectively to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the HIAB equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
