In this role, you will serve as a Team Leader for children aged 0-5 years, working full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible shifts between 07:30 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, throughout the year.
We are looking for a unique individual to fill this room-based leadership position, someone who:
Holds a level three or higher early years qualification and has proven experience in a team-oriented early years environment. Possesses excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and is dedicated to fostering happy and confident learners. Can inspire colleagues through effective leadership and best practices, ensuring that the team feels supported and motivated. Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative setting and is sensitive to the needs of others.Some of the benefits we offer include:
