Special Needs Teacher Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans and adapted teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Implement behavior plans and procedures to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and creativity in adapting to student needs and developing innovative teaching strategies.
  • Experience working with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
