Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our Campus Services & Estates team at London Business School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance works around campus, including painting, furniture repairs, and other tasks. You will also respond to emergencies and complete planned maintenance work, operating across campus to ensure the highest level of service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance works around campus, including painting, furniture repairs, and other tasks.
  • Respond to emergencies and complete planned maintenance work.
  • Operate across campus to ensure the highest level of service to our stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the Building Services Manager to ensure effective maintenance and repair of campus facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum.
  • Experience working within a building maintenance environment.
  • Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems, and/or databases.
