Job Summary:

London Business School is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our Campus Services & Estates team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance works around campus, including painting, furniture repairs, and other tasks. You will also respond to emergencies and complete planned maintenance work, operating across campus to ensure the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance works around campus, including painting, furniture repairs, and other tasks.
  • Respond to emergencies and complete planned maintenance work.
  • Operate across campus to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Building Services Manager to ensure effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal use of resources.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum.
  • Experience working within a building maintenance environment.
  • Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems, and/or databases.
