**Key Responsibilities:**
- Represent the company on initial customer calls, providing top-notch service and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the team.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, with additional commissions and benefits available.

**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 7:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am - 4:30pm
