Job Summary

Portfolio Procurement is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team for a leading FMCG client based in Hertfordshire.

The Role:

  • Implement new forecasts and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Support the Monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting to ensure alignment across sales and supply chain departments.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales and supply chain, to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar demand planning role, with a strong understanding of forecasting and analytics.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, sum/ifs, and basic formulas.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to drive business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with management and stakeholders.
