Finance Operations is a unified team, and your role may involve working in various areas within this domain. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee account details in our financial system (E5) to detect discrepancies and take necessary actions.
- Address customer inquiries (both internal and external) through various communication channels.
- Manage Credit Card transactions, BACs payments, and checks related to all payment areas of Companies House, including preparing refunds when necessary.
- Perform ad hoc tasks related to the maintenance and updates of the Finance System.
- Engage in weekly team meetings to discuss and resolve ongoing issues while fostering excellent working relationships.
Candidate Profile
We seek an individual who possesses:
- Strong numerical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of interpreting financial data within finance systems.
- Experience with financial systems, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Office 365 (or similar tools), although training will be provided.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve team goals and build positive relationships with colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a strong commitment to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prior experience with financial systems and Office 365 (including Excel) is highly desirable.
