Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Public Sector and Not-for-Profit team, you will be responsible for managing internal relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a credible expert representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework and Contract Management: Deliver a range of frameworks and contracts across Operations, such as maintenance and repairs, to ensure added value, savings, total cost management, quality, and surety of supply.
- Procurement Partner Support: Provide support to designated business areas, reducing costs and improving compliance, and negotiate contractual agreements with strategic providers.
- Risk Management: Identify and implement strategies to manage and mitigate risks and contractual risks to the business.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrable track record of managing high-volume contracts in a fast-paced environment, ideally front-line procurement such as maintenance contracts.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in supporting and working with a variety of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
- Contract Dispute Resolution: Experience of contract dispute resolution.
- Public Sector Experience: Exposure to working in Procurement across the Public Sector is desirable.
