About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lung Health Check Specialist Nurse to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality lung cancer screening services to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out detailed assessments on patients who attend for lung cancer screening
  • Request CT scans for eligible individuals
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in audit and patient surveys to improve service quality

Person Specification

We are looking for a registered nurse with relevant post-qualification study and experience in a similar setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
