Business Support Officer for Adult Social Care

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Social Workers and Project Team Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange Care Act review meetings on behalf of Social Workers, Providers, and Service Users.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to ensure the team is on target.
  • Support project management, coordinating and implementing business initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex information.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Desirable:
  • Experience using Adults and Health database recording systems.
  • Experience working in the Social Care sector.
