Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at ZEREN. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions and services.
  • Represent ZEREN at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • A good understanding of fraud, AML, credit risk, Digital ID, or RegTech is highly desirable.
