Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with utility companies, local governing bodies, and relevant organizations to ensure project timelines and financial plans are met.
  • Survey Management: Oversee the commissioning of preliminary surveys, including topographical assessments and utility investigations.
  • Design Evaluation: Review designs to confirm they are practical for construction, economically viable, compliant with regulations, and, where applicable, meet aesthetic standards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (Meng, BEng) or a Higher National Certificate (HNC).
  • Experience in the residential development sector.
  • The ability to independently manage projects and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • While not mandatory, experience in designing road and drainage systems in accordance with relevant agreements is advantageous.
