About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil-Geotechnical Engineer to join our team at Skanska. As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a rotational programme, gaining experience in the whole life cycle of a piling and foundations project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team on-site, taking responsibility for programme and quality management, logistics, and problem-solving.
  • Liaise with clients and professionals, including principal contractors, consulting engineers, and sub-contractors.
  • Develop knowledge in pile and retaining wall design, ground engineering techniques, and tendering for work.
  • Work with our Technical Design team and Quantity Surveyors to develop your commercial acumen.
  • Commit to Skanska's environment and health and safety policies.

About You

  • Studying towards or having recently completed a Civil Engineering or Geotechnical degree.
  • Flexible with locations, as projects can be based nationwide.
  • A strong interest in innovation, sustainability, and making a positive impact.
  • Committed to personal development and achieving chartership.
