About the Role

C&C Search is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international real estate company, supporting the wider Payroll Team to run the payroll process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Payroll Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
  • Reconcile payroll changes for new joiners and leavers, ensuring compliance with company absence schemes
  • Prepare payroll processes in accordance with company policies, including enhanced sick pay, maternity pay, and paternity pay
  • Monitor the Payroll inbox, responding to queries from stakeholders across the business and externally
  • Perform extensive reconciliations of spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Produce P45 and P60 documents as required
Requirements
  • 5-10 years' experience in payroll within a large corporate environment
  • Demonstrable experience of manual payroll calculations
  • Strong knowledge of PAYE forms, pension enrolments, and statutory deductions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
