About the Role

Petroplan is seeking a skilled Contracts & SAP Administrator to support our Human Resources and General Services functions. This role involves coordinating pre- and post-contract processing activities, maintaining the workflow of finance applications, invoices, and purchase requisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Create and manage purchase requisitions, tenders, contract revisions, and service entries in SAP, monitoring contract spend, end dates, and available funds.
  • Invoice Processing: Process and verify invoices in SAP and the Finance app; maintain accurate contract trackers and reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with suppliers, recruitment agencies, Finance, and HR teams to ensure effective contract management and provide updates to the Head of Human Resources.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support and cover for the department as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration and invoice processing knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Strong Excel skills for data management and analysis comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
