About the Role

In this position, you will be immersed in all aspects of the finance team's operations, with a focus on supply chain management and financial partnerships with broader business units. You will support the Product Supply and Distribution team in identifying potential process improvements and financial savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with end-of-month financial tasks, including sales evaluations and input into internal reporting systems.
  • Prepare and submit sales and financial metrics for regulatory bodies or external stakeholders.
  • Generate weekly sales reports using SAP and other market data sources, including ex-wholesale data.
  • Verify and track free-of-charge billings, sales data, and customer incentive programs.
  • Analyze sales data to support internal business requests.
  • Manage commercial programs by updating trackers, monitoring performance, and analyzing trends.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop and implement deals with external clients.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen, including data analysis, accurate reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Good technical experience of Excel and sales reporting systems.
  • Experience of PowerBI and interest in Data Analytics & Data Visualization.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
