Job Summary
The Campus Director is a key leadership position responsible for the overall management and administration of the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University campus in Lakenheath/Mildenhall and UK locations. This role requires a strong understanding of higher education administration, marketing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with course registration and other requirements as needed
- Provide academic support and advisement to students
- Monitor student progress and ensure timely completion of degree requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student persistence and retention
- Collaborate with Worldwide headquarters to plan and execute local marketing and recruitment efforts
- Manage the campus budget and ensure the safeguarding of University assets
- Develop and maintain relationships with local military installations and government agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
- 1-3 years of work-related experience in higher education administration or a related field
- Management experience and strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a geographically dispersed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education administration, marketing, and/or customer service
- Public speaking and community networking skills
