Embry-Riddle is a leading institution dedicated to providing high-quality academic programs in aviation, aerospace, and related fields. As a Campus Director, you will play a vital role in overseeing the administrative, financial, and student support functions at our campus locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Student Success:
    Provide comprehensive guidance to students throughout their academic journey, including course registration, academic advising, and support services. Ensure student persistence by addressing challenges and collaborating with relevant departments to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Campus Management:
    Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes, student records management, and compliance with government regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Enrollment Growth & Marketing:
    Contribute to enrollment goals by collaborating on marketing strategies, attending local events to promote programs, and actively engaging with the community. Analyze student lifecycle data to identify trends and implement initiatives that enhance degree completion rates.
  • Financial Stewardship:
    Develop and manage campus budgets effectively, safeguarding university assets, and overseeing student accounts receivable. Ensure responsible financial practices and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in higher education administration or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a geographically dispersed environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and relevant software applications.
