About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver a high-quality, person-centred housing management service to tenants.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of community outreach programs.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve tenant complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Requirements:
    • Relevant housing qualification or equivalent experience.
    • Sound knowledge and application of housing law, housing issues, and legislation.
    • Understanding of compassionate and modern housing management methodologies.
    • IT literate with ability to use a range of software and systems.
    • Understanding and experience of Equality and Diversity in service delivery.

  • Competitive Salary: £38,844.00 per annum (FTE) plus Essential Car User Allowance.
