About the RoleThis is a 6-month fixed-term contract, and you will be based at our Head Office (CF24 1GG). However, the role is community-based, and you will be required to travel to various locations. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, person-centred housing management service, working closely with tenants, colleagues, and other stakeholders to foster stable and sustainable communities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a high-quality, person-centred housing management service, prioritizing the needs and well-being of tenants.
- Work closely with tenants, colleagues, and other stakeholders to foster stable and sustainable communities.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to tenants, addressing their housing-related issues and concerns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of housing management policies and procedures.
- Relevant housing qualification or the ability to demonstrate housing knowledge and experience.
- Sound knowledge and application of housing law, housing issues, and legislation, including the Renting Homes Wales Act.
- Understanding of compassionate and modern housing management methodologies, such as restorative approaches, psychologically informed environments, and trauma-informed service models.
- IT literate with the ability to use a range of software and systems.
- Understanding and experience of Equality and Diversity in service delivery.
