Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Social Impact Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to showcase our social and economic impact, ensuring it remains at the core of our brand.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external partners to influence strategic priorities and promote thought leadership in STEM education.
  • Empower Learners and Educators: Help inspire and educate young people, as well as educators, to succeed through effective STEM teaching and learning.
  • Drive Systemic Change: Articulate and communicate our social impact to various stakeholder groups to drive systemic change in STEM Education.
  • Lead the Impact Team: Oversee the Impact Team and external partners to ensure a comprehensive approach to measuring and showcasing STEM Learning's impact.
Requirements
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to present evidence and impact in an inspiring manner, positioning STEM Learning as thought leaders in the field.
  • Impact Evaluation: Understand impact evaluation strategies, preferably in an educational context, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team and promote the organization's mission, values, and culture.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build strategic partnerships to enhance impact and innovation, and cultivate a culture of learning from successes and failures.
