Performance Director Opportunity

We are working with a leading Financial Planning firm to find a talented Performance Director to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Support the development and delivery of business plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Financial Advisers to improve their performance and client engagement
  • Manage and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and retention
