Technical Sales & Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd as a Technical Sales & Business Development Manager. This challenging role requires a strong technical background and proven experience in developing and securing opportunities in the ground stabilisation, subsidence repair, and geotechnical engineering sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. If you have a passion for sales and business development, and a strong technical understanding of our industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ground stabilisation, subsidence repair, and geotechnical engineering sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the geotechnical engineering sector
  • Strong technical understanding of ground stabilisation, subsidence repair, and geotechnical engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
