Electrical Engineer Graduate Programme

**About the Programme**

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer at BRUSH Group, you will be part of a comprehensive two-year programme designed to expose you to various aspects of the business. This will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of the company's operations and make an informed decision about your career path.

**Programme Structure**

  • **On-Site Experience**: Spend six months working full-time on different projects, gaining hands-on experience with Fitters/Wiremen and Civils teams to understand the integration of a substation.
  • **On-Site Experience with Home Learning**: Spend six months working four days a week on-site and one day learning from home on an Electrical Protection course, preparing you for your next module.
  • **Design Team Experience**: Work with the design team from home, assisting with Primary and Secondary design, layouts, CAD applications, and Design Management.
  • **Commissioning Team Experience**: Work with the commissioning team on-site, assisting commissioning engineers to understand the commissioning process and basic tests.

**Career Path Options**

After completing the two-year programme, you will have the opportunity to choose your speciality. This could involve joining the design team in either the Primary or Protection teams, becoming a site engineer with the commissioning team, or moving into a project management role with the management team.
