Job Title: Group Payroll Administrator

At Dunbia (UK), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic payroll team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of multi-site payrolls, paying over 2500 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of multi-site payrolls, ensuring accurate payslips are produced and distributed on a timely basis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and statutory obligations, including pensions and weekly RTI submissions.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with HR on staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, and other relevant matters.
  • Liaise with Managers/Team Leaders on wages and other related queries.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months experience as a payroll administrator or similar.
  • Experience of operating weekly high volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of payroll procedures/processes.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and relevant payroll packages.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data analysis.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
