Key Responsibilities- Maintain Vigilant Supervision: Ensure the safety of pool users at all times, providing a secure and enjoyable experience.
- Attend Staff Training: Participate in regular training sessions to maintain and enhance your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
- Administer First Aid: Provide emergency care and respond to pool rescues and resuscitation situations.
- Interact with Customers: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
- Comply with Health and Safety Procedures: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Perform Cleaning Duties: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in our facilities.
- Prepare Activity Areas: Set up and dismantle equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.
- Conduct Pool Water Quality and Environmental Tests: Monitor and maintain the quality of our pool water and surrounding environment.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Collaborate with your team to discuss operational issues and share best practices.
- Swimming Ability: Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds and 100 metres continuously in deep water.
- Treading Water: Tread water for 30 seconds.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification: Possess a desirable qualification in National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
