About the Role
As an Advanced Social Worker, you will work closely with children and young people with complex needs, undertaking in-depth assessments and providing professional leadership to the team.
You will champion restorative practice, encouraging a collaborative culture and opportunities for reflection and learning.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for children and young people, modeling high-standard social work practice and statutory obligations.
- Deliver on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to develop skills and knowledge.
- Build effective professional relationships with children, families, and other professionals.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- Contribute to a highly rewarding and challenging environment, working in a multi-agency and court environment.
About You
You will have a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and satisfactory completion of your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
You will have experience working within social care, including working in a multi-agency and court environment, and a high-level of written and verbal communication skills.
