Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out routine maintenance and repair visits to various sites to ensure our equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
  2. Conduct site visits to identify opportunities for improving performance and energy-saving methods, and implement cost-saving solutions to benefit the business and our customers.
  3. Respond to unplanned breakdown calls on a rotational basis to ensure timely service and excellent customer service.
  4. Oversee and assist in contract installation work, ensuring processes are followed correctly and quality and health and safety requirements are met.
  5. Manage sub-contractors to ensure all quality standards are adhered to.
  6. Assist colleagues with mechanical installation work when required, maintaining high standards and customer service.
  7. Complete reporting paperwork daily to maintain compliance with quality standards and Health and Safety requirements.
Requirements
  1. Highly skilled with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Refrigeration service and repair.
  2. Electrical qualification.
  3. Electrical fault finding.
  4. Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
  5. Full UK driving license.
  6. Excellent customer service skills.
  7. Experience of refrigeration control systems RDM, Telstar etc.
  8. Forklift License.
  9. Manual Handling.
  10. Confined Space working.
  11. Prepared to travel throughout the UK and abroad if required.
