As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering the purchase ledger, coordinating purchase ledger processes, and posting purchase invoices. You will also be responsible for raising invoices, credit and debit notes, and reconciling direct debt payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for bank reconciliations, setting up client direct debits, and nominal ledger responsibilities. If you have a proven track record in a similar accounts role and are confident in your Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS, and SUMIFS, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and administer the purchase ledger
* Coordinate purchase ledger processes and posting of purchase invoices
* Raise invoices, credit and debit notes
* Reconcile direct debt payments
* Bank reconciliations
* Set up client direct debits
* Nominal ledger responsibilities

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar accounts role
* Confident Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS, and SUMIFS
