Join Our Team as an HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR and HSE Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining employee and HSE records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and managing HR and HSE documentation.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) on a 6-month contract initially, with potential for permanency. You will report directly to the HR and HSE Managers and work closely with other leaders and managers across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HSE records
  2. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  3. Manage HR and HSE documentation
  4. Support the team with data analysis and compliance
  5. Ensure confidentiality and maintain a proactive people and safety culture
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

Excellent written English and copywriting skillsStrong working knowledge of common computer packages (MS, Google Suite)Previous administration experienceAn independent working style and self-motivationFast and accurate note-taking skillsAn understanding of recruitment and onboarding processesAn understanding of risk management and complianceA committed approach to continuous improvementThe ability to maintain confidentialityThe capability to communicate effectively with all levels of the businessWhat We Offer

Location

This role is based in Somerset, with occasional travel between office sites required.
