Job Title: Lead LIMS Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead LIMS Developer to join our team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our Regeneron Cell Medicines (RCM) unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our scientists and engineers in the development of novel cell therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with scientists to understand their data capture, analysis, and reporting requirements
  • Customize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for sample inventories and workflows in early research and process development labs
  • Develop, configure, and support various IT systems
  • Gather and refine business requirements and user stories to build or enhance data solutions
  • Collaborate with vendors to address technical issues on existing software and define new enhancements based on user requirements
Requirements:
  • Expertise in the design, development, and support of various informatics software platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), including for sample inventories and lab workflows for R&D teams in biopharma
  • Experience with designing, supporting, and using bioprocess/preclinical manufacturing LIMS
  • Experience working with R&D scientists to develop business requirements and user stories
  • Prioritized and delivered multiple initiatives in an agile environment
