Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at Forrest Recruitment Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Department, including file and diary management.
- Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes as required.
- Assist with project coordination and communication with consultants.
- Support report writing and work closely with the finance team.
- Coordinate with consultants to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or strong Administrator with a passion to learn and progress their career as a PA.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a passion for the property industry.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support the Head of Department in their daily tasks.
