Academic Recruitment Specialist

De Montfort University Leicester is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Future Students Team as a School and College Recruitment Officer. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to the university's mission of delivering top-tier teaching and research, while fostering a stimulating and inclusive environment for staff and students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to engage with schools and colleges, promoting De Montfort University's academic programs and services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Directorate to create and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the university's brand and messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and other educational institutions, to promote the university's reputation and attract top talent.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and managing follow-up activities to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students and their families.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts, to effectively communicate the university's value proposition.
To succeed in this role, you will possess a recruitment mindset, strong relationship management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently using your own initiative. A satisfactory enhanced DBS check is essential for this position.
