Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to engage with schools and colleges, promoting the university's academic programs and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school and college leaders, teachers, and careers advisors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and disseminate targeted marketing materials, including print and digital campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service to schools and colleges, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of recruitment events, including open days and information sessions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recruitment mindset and strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
