We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at HRCentral Ltd, a leading HR Consultancy based in the UK. As an Office/Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office administration tasks, including facilities management, IT support, and supply chain logistics.
- Develop and implement efficient office processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including employee files, contracts, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or Office Administrator role, with a strong background in office administration and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience.
