Job Title: Senior Python Software Engineer

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mid-level Python software engineer to join a leading financial services company and help build out and scale their engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, with a focus on backend development using Flask, AWS, and Docker. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL is also essential.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about software development and has a strong interest in machine learning and natural language processing. The role would be a great fit for someone who is looking to grow and be fast-tracked into a senior position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient Python applications using Flask and AWS
  • Work with the engineering team to implement new features and improve existing ones
  • Collaborate with the data science team to integrate machine learning models into the application
  • Ensure high-quality code and follow best practices for testing and deployment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Python development
  • Strong background in backend development using Flask, AWS, and Docker
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Strong interest in machine learning and natural language processing
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field
