Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and address intricate challenges, applying effective problem-solving techniques to improve customer journeys and operational processes.
- Collaborate across various business sectors to spearhead significant change initiatives and promote ongoing enhancements.
- Oversee projects with multiple components and engage with a diverse array of stakeholders.
- Partner with operational teams to ensure readiness for changes, facilitating smooth transitions and achieving desired results.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to uncover additional improvement opportunities, develop business cases as necessary, and influence senior management.
Are You the Right Fit?
- Demonstrated experience in project management, successfully delivering projects within operational settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with knowledge of Lean principles; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and updates clearly, both verbally and in writing. A strong numerical aptitude is essential for demonstrating commercial value.
- Familiarity with credit and debt management is advantageous.
