Job Description: Chief Information Officer
Onyx-Conseil is a prominent financial institution seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Officer with a robust background in software and application development tailored for the investment and private banking sectors.

We are looking for a candidate who has a significant history of steering IT transformation initiatives, successfully delivering solutions across various customer interaction channels, and leading both software development and infrastructure technology teams.

This pivotal role will involve direct reporting to the Board and will require collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including Human Resources, Finance, Treasury, Risk and Compliance, Data Governance, and Business Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
# Oversee and manage the IT division, which includes both software application development and infrastructure technology teams.
# Lead and implement software and application development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
# Drive IT transformation efforts within the banking sector to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
# Provide IT solutions across various customer channels, such as online banking, mobile applications, and in-branch systems.
# Formulate and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
# Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to ascertain IT requirements and devise strategies to meet them.
# Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships.
# Report to the Board regarding IT strategy, advancements, and performance metrics.
# Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT division.

Qualifications:
# Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
# At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a solid foundation in software and application development.
# Extensive experience in leading IT transformation projects within investment and private banking environments.
# Proven success in delivering IT solutions across various customer channels.
# Demonstrated capability to manage both software development and infrastructure technology teams.
# Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
# Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in digital banking.

Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is essential.
# Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices relevant to the banking industry.
# Understanding of cloud computing and data analytics is preferred.

This position offers a hybrid work model.
