About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our Network Management - Resiliency Team as a Vice President in Operations. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leading the plan management for all requirements for the Network Management in enterprise resiliency management analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Plan Management: Develop and implement plans to ensure the Network Management is aligned with enterprise resiliency management analytics.
  • Liaise with Corporate Partners: Collaborate with Corporate & Investment Bank Resiliency and Corporate & Investment Bank Tech Resiliency to coordinate the Network Management support to their plans, projects, and processes.
  • Design and Update Crisis Playbook: Develop and regularly update the Network Management Crisis Playbook to ensure it is aligned with the latest resiliency regulations and best practices.
  • Support Crisis Management: Support the crisis management process and run the lessons learned process to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead Network Management Support: Lead the Network Management's support to the Corporate & Investment Bank Recovery and Resolution Team, including coordinating responses to annual reviews of contingency plans and playbooks.
  • Understand Regulatory Implications: Understand the implications of changes to all Resiliency Regulations globally on Network Management processes.
  • Coordinate Resiliency Exercises: Coordinate Network Management participation in internal and external resiliency and Recovery and Resolution exercises, reporting outcomes and updating resilience plans as required.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Third Party Oversight: Coordinate with Corporate Third Party Oversight on Client and line of business engagements.
  • Oversee Service Level Agreement: Oversee the production and management of the Service Level Agreement between Network Management and Corporate & Investment Bank Resiliency.
  • Understand Regulatory Landscape: Understand the Regulatory Landscape across all Jurisdictions and apply the principles to Network Management activities.

  • Experienced Professional: Proven background in Network Management with a strong understanding of Operational Resilience and Third Party Oversight.
  • Strong Team Player: Ability to build strong working relationships with numerous business partners, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Strong aptitude for risk management, compliance, and third-party oversight.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills, internal process control skills, and ability to communicate complex issues and solutions effectively.
  • Time Management and Strategic Thinking: Ability to complete work to deadlines, with a sense of urgency and thorough effective time management, including goal setting, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and monitoring.
