About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced care assistant to work with one or a small number of clients in the local area. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis and develop a strong relationship with our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy management and gastrostomy.
- Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and field care supervisors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Participate in our comprehensive training program, which covers all aspects of the Care Certificate and delves into skills needed to support complex clients.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay rates, including £13.31 - £15.97 per hour and £18.15-£26.62 per hour for bank holidays.
- A fully paid, comprehensive training program, including practical workshops and individual client-focused training.

Requirements:
- Previous care experience, including personal care, is essential.
