Job Summary:
Finitas is seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our Property and Casualty Claims team on a permanent basis. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Casualty claims, liaising with stakeholders and key business units, and utilizing ECF/CLASS to efficiently handle complex claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and handle claims from across the world
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external business units to resolve claims efficiently
- Utilize ECF/CLASS to manage and process claims
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Casualty claims, including General Liability, Product Recall, Health and Accident, Medical Malpractice, Contingency and Crisis Management
- London market insurance background and experience with ECF/CLASS
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
