Job Summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a highly skilled Claim Auditor to join our team. As a Claim Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing the Group and Individual claims process using agreed procedures and within set timescales. You will mitigate risk where possible and provide coaching, support, and advice to CS Team Leaders and claims assessors based on the results of the audit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit the Group and Individual claims process using agreed procedures and within set timescales.
  • Mitigate risk where possible and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching, support, and advice to CS Team Leaders and claims assessors based on the results of the audit.
  • Support the Risk and Audit Manager with reinsurer audits, including discussions on cases and investigation of claims risk incidents.
  • Produce reports and take agreed actions in line with Company Procedures using JIRA as an audit trail.

Requirements

  • Be a subject matter expert in the field of Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection claims.
  • Have substantial experience of assessing complex claims across all product lines.
  • Have experience of guiding and supporting others in the field of claims.
