About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of English Literature and Language lessons, providing support to teachers and students.
  • Engage with students to inspire a love for English Literature and Language and encourage academic success.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in English Literature and Language or a related field.
  • Passionate about working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
  • Commitment to a career in education and a desire to pursue teacher training in the future.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
