About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional English Teacher to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language and literature lessons to our students.

Our Approach to Teaching

We believe in an evidence-informed approach to teaching, where our teachers are experts in the classroom and lead from the front. We focus on perfecting routines for behaviour, such as entry into lessons and transitions between tasks, to maximize time spent on learning. Our excellent behaviour systems enable teachers to focus on what they love doing most - teaching.

We teach prosocial behaviours, such as making eye contact, listening attentively, and showing gratitude, to help our students thrive beyond school years.
