We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as SEN Support Assistants. As a SEN Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
About the Role:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Assist students with daily routines, including personal care and mobility.
- Support students with communication and behavioral needs, using strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and policies.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and the ability to commit to the standard working hours of the school.
- Experience in supporting individuals with SEN, either in a professional or personal capacity.
